No question about it! Parcells has a history of rebuilding crappy teams. Even if he is not the Head Coach, expect to see improvements from a 1-15 season.

To assume that giant of a effect in only a million offseason is absurd. no man or woman is sufficient to make that giant of a large difference in a million season, yet what invoice will do in his 4 yrs there (b/c he will prob. go away) is he will have a locker room finished of rather proficient gamers with the right attitudes. he's a genius at the same time as it includes judging expertise, and that i dont even like the guy. Im a Cowboys fan and ive under no circumstances like Parcells, yet he has SOOO a lot to do with this seasons Cowboys b/c of what he did for them at the same time as he became there. Terrance Newman, DeMarcus Ware, Bradie James, Tony Romo (kinda), Marion Barber III, Patrick Crayton - those men were no longer even idea-about at the same time as it got here to massive gamers, yet seem at them now. 4 of them are professional Bowl gamers and the different 2 have impressive impressive futures. He knows what it takes to make a good ball club and he will make the necessary adjustments. 3 years tops earlier they are interior the playoffs lower back.

That remains to be seen, but I doubt it. He is great on the sidelines but in the office? Basically, to make a difference, he needs a coach who is a disiplinarian like he is, then I think he will do okay as VP of operations, until then, there will be no way much will happen, except new coaches every year.

My teams about to be rebuilt from the bottom up and now I'm super excited about next season!
Parcells has a great track record and if he can't do anything with the Dolphins, well then they must be absolutely hopeless...
But since they're not watch out cuz we're comin up!

I really believe the Dolphins plan to make him their coach at some point in time very soon. Parcells is not an operations type guy.

Right now he has to be on the same page with cam cameron. there must not be any conflict and friction between him.
for parcells he is looking at the draft and the free agent market.
but this is what parcell needs to do.
1) what is he going to do with the 1st pick? trade it or trade down to get multiple pick? The multiple picks can help out the team
2) what are you going to with jason taylor or zach thomas. right now they want a 1st rounder for taylor and a 3rd rounder. they are both old so they will test them both in the offseason,
3) who is the qb of the future? do you draft a young one because it is a deep qb draft. or do you stick with jon beck?
4) do you take darren mcfadden? and pray to god that someone wants that pick?
5) lastly tried to utilize the draft picks from the past. ted ginn better turn out to be their #1 option. and so has derek hagan and everyone else.

He will make a huge difference. Look for him to find a real GM. Then encourage that guy to get rid of a lot of worthless players they have, trade the old good ones for young guys and more picks.
Look for the Dolphins to get much better over the next few years with a lot of new players.

He won't have an immediate impact, but after being there for 4 years, I see him being able to put together a 9-7 team and getting them back to the playoffs. He did it for Dallas, and has done it for a few other teams as well. No reason to think he can't do it in Miami.

He probably will & it's a possibility that the Dolphins will clean house by getting rid of most of their personel including firing Head Coach Cam Cameron.
