Never to his face but I have called him someone elses name while talking about him or said his name when talking about someone else. I usually call him babe anyway so that's a little more difficult to mistake.

No because I rarely call him by his name.. It is usually honey or sweetie and sometimes baby.. So I don't see getting any of those wrong.. LOL

yeah but thats nothing new we both do it. mainly we call each other the babies name or one of our friends names on accident. neither of us really care that much.
