I am in my 30's and I am no where near where I thought I would be 20 years ago or 10 years ago. I hate my job and I wonder how many people every day wake up hating their job. The only job I love is when I am home with my kids. Otherwise, I dread getting up every day and coming to work.

Actually I like my job. That's why it pays to stay in school. Then you have a chance to do approximately what you enjoy doing, and you get paid for it. And you have a boss that respects you and listens to your input instead of yelling and treating you like dirt.

I don't hate my job, but I hated my ex-job as a cashier. Four years of working with a 45 year old gay pervert never helped anybody, that and dealing with rude old people on a daily basis.

The job I have now is okay, it's some of the people that make it difficult. So I don't hate my job I hate the people who make the job more difficult than it is.

I loath going to work, but someone has to support those on welfare. My problem is 20 even 10 years ago i never thought about the future, i was to busy having fun. Now my life drags like an old man with a bad leg. Why didn't anyone tell me to pay more attention in school and study more. Waite, they did, i just couldn't be bothered.

Nah, I think it's pretty normal. I dread going to work everyday and am counting down the days until the end of my contract (April 30/08).

I don't hate my job, in fact I love it. But, its temporary, which means no benefits or retirement plan and the pay sucks.

I wish I could just start my own business doing what I do now, which is desktop publishing and computer graphics, but the local economy is very bleak.
