Accidentally hit the hall monitor in the back of the head with a binder when I was trying to give her a hug.
I kind of jumped on her from behind and the force somehow made the binder hit her . They had a witness who said it looked like I intentionally took the binder and hit her with it, but that's not true.

I almost got expelled & jail.
But they cut me slack and now I'm suspended for 2 days. (Rest of the week until break)

Do you think this is fair granted I was going for a hug?

We were suppose to be great friends.

Like she even told me herself not to trust anybody at this school (administrator wise) and tells me everything. I have blackmail on her but so does she, so I didn't say anything.

I also have a history of behavior problems...

Why are people saying this is fake....is it because it's really stupid ?

It's 100% truth...

You should tell your mom and the principal
if the hall monitor was someone you knew
get him/her to clear your name.

You don't get expelled and then get jail time just for "accidentally" hitting someone in the back of the head with a binder.

That's just ridiculous.

Ive been out since last wednesday for breaking a kids finger, and im out for the rest of the semester which is today so its been a little over a week. I didnt mean to break his finger but i did. So this has been the best week of my life. No school i beat Half Life 2 and ive been watching movies and practicing bass alot. This suspension turned out good. Plus i get to brag to my friends that i have no school. Just try to make yours as good as mine.

While you can have lots of friends in school, you blew this one. Consider yourself lucky that you weren't expelled. Play it cool when you return from vacation. I'm not sure why you would want to jump on her (or the age differences). Next time, approach from the front with nothing in your hands.

What did the hall monitor say about it? Did they think you intended to hit them, or are you friends? You have to be more careful and responsible... I am sure that you won't be jumping on anyone else's back from now on.

yes i think it's fair. you shouldn't be jumping on other students, she got hurt. the school my kids go to there is a policy of no hugs, holding hands, no personal contact of any kind. if you had done that here you would have been expelled.
they done that to teach you a lesson, you could have seriously hurt her.

Wow.

That sucks.
Would your hall monitor not be your friend ? or is it just
someone you wanted to intentionally hug for no reason?

I don't know.

But this just shows how schools are becoming more
strict.

Where is your school? Saudi Arabia? gee that was tottally unfair, specially cause that hall monitor apparently did nothing to help you.

That sucks. That doesn't sound fair at all. You should get your parents to talk to the principal to at least explain the situation, let them know it was not intentional.
