I'm having friends over tonight and we want to watch a funny movie. Any suggestions? I thought Little Man and all the Scary Movie's was hilarious! Anything along these lines would be great but I'm open to anything. Thanks!!

Probably National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation! I can't even pick the funniest scene because the whole movie is absolutely hilarious, although when Chevy Chase's brother-in-law comes to visit and is wearing a red dickie under a white shirt...well, I want to wet my pants whenever I watch it! For me and my family, Christmas isn't complete without a screening of Christmas Vacation!

You liked Little Man??? I don't want to recommend anything like Little Man but I'll recommend some comedies that I thought were hilarious:

P.S. The only movies I can think that were similar to Little Man are Epic Movie and Date Movie (and trust me, you DON'T want to watch those)

for me, if it's a pure comedy, it's Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.
Also, Gods Must be Crazy, Blazing Saddles, Dodgeball, Duck Soup, City Lights, Some Like it Hot.

I think Anchorman is. It surprised me 'cos I generally don't find 'funny' movies funny, especially American ones. But this one was fantastic, with exactly the kind of humour I enjoy.
Another one is Airplane; simply brilliant.
