I saw a lot of geek t-shirts with the sentence "I will not fix your computer". But does it means :
- I won't do it if you ask me because I'm tired of helping people with their computer
- Don't worry, if I use your computer I won't try to fix it in order to improve it
- something else ?

Thanks

It means, "I'm a human being, not just a geek...please stop defining me by this one skill and see me as a whole being with emotions, hopes and dreams...P.S., hax0rz ru1e!"
...or something like that.

I agree with your first example. I am always fixing my friends computer. I am not a computer geek though. I am almost never on the computer except to check mail and do some answers.

Basically it is saying that stereotypically nerds have the reputation of fixinf computers.. so they are denying the requests.
its kinda funny actually.
