What you've mentioned is just a myth - and there are more conspiratorial theories than one can count.
There is, however, a measurable 'mass awakening' age - from a spiritualist point of view.
And kids get quicker generation after generation... but it's only because of the bigger amount of challenges modern times require than brain implants.

Yes, chip implants really happen. No, honestly they do. The Big Bad Government surgically implants chips into the brains of infant children. This really happens.
Oh and everybody has psi abilities. Sure, ask anyone. We can all do it. We just have to convince ourselves we can. It's our closed-mindedness that prevents us from realizing our psi potential.

That is not funny guys if you are making fun........some hospitals are doing that to some newborns. Not yet here in Iowa, USA yet. It's so that they will have all their health records. But in the end it will be used by the govt to find you!
People are getting smarter and smarter sooner and sooner and here comes intelligence.....and then known ESP....what is next?????
