rehabilitate criminals? R U Crazy? that's too easy and our states wouldn't make any profit if we didn't have repeat offenders.

Rehabilitate is a funny word. The meaning is even funnier. It's something that never happens to anybody.

My understanding of the prison system is that it is broken regardless. Our focus now is confinement, not rehabilition (no visible money in it, so no money for it), so the recidivism rates are atrocious. Basically, we send criminals to jail where they learn to be better criminals.

As opposed to their male counterparts I think it would be just as difficult to rehabilitate.

I wouldn't think so. A criminal is a criminal, regardless of gender, race or anything else.

Women are given much less sentences for crimes, including murder.

I doubt it somehow.
According to some British feminists though, women should not be put in prison - only men should be imprisoned for crimes.

I don't think so. I don't see crimminals as man/woman or black/white. To me, a criminal is a criminal no matter what.

No females can be just as crazy and evil as males, if not worse.
