Buy several small and beautiful natural pearls; then get her a kit so that she can put them all together to make a necklace.

Sheesh, what a question!

Start the day off with a surprise breakfast made by you with a little flower (just from the garden) sitting near the food. While she is enjoying this, give her the pressies...maybe some soaps, hand creams, a small gift voucher, and a note saying how much you love her, and finally cook dinner for her that night.

Depending on how old she is, this may or may not work:

A set of store gift cards, the number of her age, each with the dollar amount of her age. Like if she were turning 25, try and find 25 different gift cards from 25 different stores, each with $25 on them (I guess that would add up though, $625)

Is this as opposed to one large gift? Have you asked her what she would like?

Have you paid attention to her likes and dislikes? If you buy her a book about embroidery and she is all left hands. . . .or a book about cats and she is allergic to cat hair?

Really, YOU are the only one to select: since You know her best.
