I think you look about 15... but then again its also hard when we can't see your eyes. You are a cute girl, I bet you could put some blonder highlights in your hair, and run a straightner through it. Straighter, and blonder would look really good. Also, I have light skin like you too, and earth tones of eye shadow and black eye liner looks good. I'd keep lighter colors on your face especially if you are young, you don't wanna be runnin' around with whore makeup.

You can either straigten it completely or try cutting it above your shoulders with lots of crazy layes, this will create great texture in your hair. Blue eyes are easy, the best way to make them pop is to use either plub or bronze eyeshadow and liner and black/brown mascara. You look to be 14.

I think your hair would look really good a little shorter with choppy layers. Low lights are also really pretty for girls with that color of hair
As far as the eye-shadow? I would stick to gold tones (because of your hair and skin tones.)
and my guess on your age? UMM 19?

I would assume you are pretty young, probably 13-16 years old. Don't change a thing about yourself - Learn to love yourself and be happy just as you are!

i love the hair dont change it :) as for eye makeup............just use brown eyeliner to bring out the blue in your eyes, eye shadow looks so un-natural. and yes i like your pic and you look around 16? hope this Answer is helpful

you should cut your hair to shoulder length get layers &side swept bangs.
for eyeshadow, if you want to bring out your eyes DO NOT USE BLUE OR GREEN. only use purple, charcoal grey, black, and etc. just not blue&green because it wont bring them out at all.

yeah, its nice, but it does make you look young, like you are hiding behind the sunglasses so people cannot see that you are only 13
