If love could be defined then I could accurately answer your question.......but love is relative, and oh so complex.
There are so many different levels of love, and reasons to love; I don't think your question is one that can be easily answered. Perhaps for the young, but not for the sage and weathered lovers like myself, no I don't think I could stay with someone I didn't love at all, but in the bigger picture of things; how much do you have to love someone to stay?

I know you love him, I don't think he hates you, maybe he is just scared about the situation. Its a life changing thing that is about to happen to both of you and I'm not making excuses for him but he obviously isn't up for the daddy role right now. Your main concern should be your health and your baby. Stop worrying about him, if you have made every effort then it is up to him to meet you half way. Good luck to you.

No, once the 'love' is gone, so am I. But honesty is important to me, so I am the type of person to stay with somebody even though I don't feel like I am their first priority... for now.

I tried but I realized, why be with someone I don't love, why waste time with him when i could be off being with someone who loves me just as much as i love them. I was with him for security because he had money, military, house, the cars and all but I couldn't make myself love him. We are still friends and are much better as that

Well sometimes people make choices and later find out they were wrong.
Sometimes being with a partner that you are comfortable with but simply do not love is easier than being alone...

Nope. Life's too short.

I do pity whichever man that my BF's ex latched onto, because she'd do it in a heartbeat, she's so desperate for a free ride.

If we are getting along well, having fun together, and making each other's life easier, what do I need to be in love for?

Have a few times. Out of guilt. It never turns out good. Better just to leave.

Nope. Life is too short to be unnecessarily miserable.
