No I always find comfort even if it's just by staring at the sky. And reminding myself things will get better. There have been past times that I did feel very down and low.
I do my best not to permit myself and things to take me back. It took me a long time to understand everyday can't be a good day. Now that understand it my life is much better because of it.

Yes of course, but on the other hand there will always be one word or sentence that people will find comfort in for a very long time it just has to be something different and more exotic not the same stuff you hear everyday like "its going to be alright" or "you'll be fine" stuff like that is so commen it has to be new. ^^

Yes, but then I remember there is something deeper inside of me that doesn't talk to me with words. It talks to me when my mind is very still, when I'm perfectly aware of what I am doing right here and right now, how I'm breathing, how I'm moving, what is around me. When I'm very quiet that way, there is a peace that is beyond words and I know that no matter what is happening, I will be okay. Try it.....

NO, because when I do, I look around and see just how blessed I really am.
Gratitude replaces any negative or disappointments I have.
I can always find comfort in knowing that God loves me and has a plan.
God transcends words.

Of couse. Sometimes there is just no way that someone can understand what is going on with you inside, and there is nothing they can say to comfort you. If I feel that way, just leave me alone, and I'll be better tomorrow.........hopefully

Yeah, i mean sometimes there is just nothing someone can say to make you feel better. However, there are things people can do to make you feel better. Actions speak louder than words.

we all experience moments like that.
as powerful as words are, sometimes there aren't enough or any that are appropriate. sometimes you've just heard them all too many times to find comfort in them.
Good thing is, with time, all things pass.

I would say there are areas in my life that no can ever help me heal...but there are areas where the love of my friends and family and just being there with them heals all wounds.
