Yes I married my high school love been together 20 years and have no regrets. Some advice would be always put more into a relationship than you take away that way no one is ever left wanting, mind you both people in a relationship have to follow that path. Once in a while one gives more than the other but it will all even out over time. Good Luck and best wishes!!!!!

I married my high school love. Our relationship is good there is always room for improvement but we are growing together and that will come with time. Advice- pick and choose your battles.
Best friend is still my best friend. I see him about once a year around this time when he is on leave from the Army. Hubby respects that I love him like a brother.

I married both. He was my highschool love and was and still is my very bestest friend ever.
We've been married for 9.5 years now and we're still going strong. Yes we are husband and wife, but we're lovers, playmates, best friends. We enjoy being together...we enjoy a lot of the same things. And since we got married so young, we've grown up together.
So I would say my relationship is great.

I did. It's great. I think im an odd case though... not many poeple at age 16 are actively looking for someone to eventually marry. I was looking for a kind cute woman that liked kids, found her, nabbed her, now im 28 and know that was the best decision i ever made. Just make sure you know exactly what your nabbing.

I got married at 16 and had my daughter at 17.
My ex husband (R.I.P 1/5/2007) was a GREAT daddy! He worked hard and was making headway at the computer company he worked for. I think the only reason it fell apart was because we were young. I had no idea what I wanted in life nor less how to attain it. I didn't know how to work out our problems and he was too busy to stop and make them better. After 5 years I was still really young and was attracted to the party scene and all the men out there who wanted to give me attention. I let myself get caught up in wanting to act my age. At 20 something I wasn't wanting to cook and clean and stay home all day. There was too much out there for me to experience, I wanted to hang out with my girlfriends. Sounds horrible, but that is normal! That age is exciting, free, time to set up the rest of your life! It is very hard to concentrate on a successful career when you have family at home.
I don't think that two young people can't make it work. But I think it is better off waiting.

My husband was my high school love. He's also my best friend. It's lasted so far for 11 years of marriage. It's not been the easiest. But what marriage is? It's full of hard work and determination. But we are still as in love as we were back then... if not MORE in love!

My best friend has been asking me to marry him for about 15 years but I've been married three times since then... maybe I should have taken him up on the offer - who better to be with than your best friend?

you have a existence, dedication and criminal duty. you're able to desire to enable the previous pass, it is going to be the downfall of your marriage. concentration your enegry on your loved ones, no longer on a dream or old fling. i do no longer propose you unload your spouse for a woman it fairly is possibly no longer a woman chum. it fairly is achievable which you're purely experiencing fairly some the comparable suggestions as a million people, including "what if?".
