All tatoos look cool when first done but after 10 ,15, or 20 years they look ridiculous and faded. Just think of an old lady of 60 with a flower on her saggy wrinkled stomach WOW .
Stick to henna .

I have a small 2" fully-bloomed Rose near my right shoulderblade that I got on my 19th birthday. (I'm almost 25 now.) I do NOT regret it cuz my name is Rose =o) There are about 3 more I want to get but I have certain criteria for tats so that I won't ever regret them: small, location where they're easy to hide (for work) & a meaning that is going to be the same the rest of my life.
One I want to get involving music because it is my life....I would go crazy w/out music. Another I want to get will be a universal symbol for family (still deciding on what to make it) because even though they drive me nuts, I love my family dearly...it'll represent both those who are still alive & also whom have passed on. My last will be once I am married & have children....a pair of feet or hands with their name & birthdate underneath. (I would never ever get a spouse's name though cuz they're not forever....your children are.)

I have a tribal Indian beaded band on my right fore arm w/ 3 red & white Feather's comming down. And on the end of each feather is a bead of which each one is the birthstone of my three children. I just got it this summer & have no regret's at all. I get complment's all the time as well.

i have the Cheshire Cat and The Queen of Hearts on my leg both are the Disney ones. No i don't regret them I wish I was already finished with this piece though.

i have lots of tattoos and only have one regret my first ever one was a small emblem on my arm i wish i saved that space for something else but I'm working on a design that incorporates it, so should be fine tattoos are the way ahead go express yourself

I have 4........ A Koi carp on my bum, a star on my wrist. a celtic design across my shoulders with a purple fower in the middle and hubbies name on the base of my back. Can understand how people get addicted.........HAPPY CHRISTMAS

I have one tattoo on my left breast. It's a rose with a heart going through the stem. I don't regret it.
