Eat an apple it helps with the bowls. If you are constipated it helps put it together to discharge if you have diarhea it slows it down. Eat an apple around 6 pm and in the morning you should be ok. Lots of fluids (like water) it will help with dehydration and for the stomach upset get ginger root cut a small piece up and boil it in water then drink as a tea. If it continues go to the doctor you could have a serious problem.

The best advice anyone gave me is that if you have constipation eat an overripe banana and if you have diahoreea eat a slightly underripe banana. Failing that, perhaps you have food poisoning and your body needs to release all the poo to cleanse your body of all the bacteria. Sometimes it's not a bad idea to let diahorea run its course, x

i'll agree with the snami girl ( in part )
yes you should-get more fiber asap!
the quickest way (if you have these ) are-
a corn tortilla ( WARM)
and a lime ! HUH?
yup!
the lime-juice will ease the acid's ( or actually stun them ) and the tortilla will draw them to it causing a very soft blend when you need to stool again !
it work's on my system !
if not -then try some thick-oatmeal/with/lots of cinnnnnnanamon ?
or get rid of it ( expect the worst ) tomato juice and a raw egg !!!
be close to you know what !!
DON'T DRINK A BEER (or any alcohol for a bit )
toast will work with some rest and time !!

You can try activated charcoal (found at any health food store). It stops diarrhea and absorbs the toxins in your intestines.
Good luck!

Starchy foods are absorbed best. Give cereals (especially rice cereal), oatmeal, bread, crackers, noodles, mashed potatoes, rice, carrots, applesauce, bananas, etc. Pretzels or salty crackers

depends on what caused the problem. I would suggest that yogurt three times a day might help.
