Both are every effeminate, soft and small/cute.
Unlike REAL pirates.
That would have had to been stronger & able to defend themselves, kill at close range -- and of course... without running water, bathrooms on the ship, etc. etc you'd have to think, they'd be a bit more barbaric than Hollywood's version (although Depp's teeth & breath, was a nice touch... not that it slows any women down from enjoying the role).
Actually, both would have been a pirate's girlfriend on the high seas, quite easily... and in real life. But, I think Depp of the two of them, couldn't put up a fight.. AND WOULD HAVE BEEN CHOSEN quite quickly as one that really didn't have to work all that much, above board.
Depp would have been the 'sexier' pirate.

Not hard at all. While both men are extremely sexy and handsome, Johnny has a certain surity about him that makes me smoulder with desire. Remember him in Chocolat? What about in Finding Neverland? Even as Edward Scissorhands, he was incredibly sexy. Orlando doesn't yet have that confidence as a man who knows he's d a m n sexy.

o...thats really really hard...but I'll say Johnny Depp with the eyeliner and crazy outfit. I think he has the looks, sarcasm, humour and punkiness of a real pirate.
