No they don't.
Because we are of the human race and prone to accidents, that's why they put erasors on the end of pencils, we all make mistakes.
What God means (never spell His name with a lower case "g") is the best for you and I. What we do with His means is up to us, the individual.
God knows;... we don't. Why bother counting them we have better things to do.
Lucifer invented war as far as I know. He was the first warrior recorded, and that says a lot about the wars we fight. Happiness is not an invention. It is a matter of the human spirit, and of all sentient creatures God has created.
Evil rules the world and has been given this power for a set period of time. (remember the inventor of war? Lucifer?) He is the evil that spreads the misery of sickness and poverty.
Insects are a part of the natural order of death and life in the wild. They are both needed in the food chain in order for the act of life to continually revolve generation after generation regardless of the species involved. Man or beast, reptillian or insect, those two (flies & mosquitos) are needed.
We love some because we have no fear of them. The others we fear, therefore we hate, there is no fear in love. A lack of love will always bring about hatred and evil.
Our ancestors named the colours and it is an ongoing process, sometimes in the far or near future the names can and probably will change. There are as many differen names as there are languages.
Where did you learn to love all and hate none if you are going to be asking if God is in heaven? How can you ask if God is still alive yet request in the next breath that we love all and hate none?
You're last question makes no sense and is silly.

What I wonder is if aliens existed, would they know about us or are they searching for "aliens", too? Believing in god has nothing to do with accidents.
Well, god is dog backwards. God is really just explanation for lifes unknowns. God is hope. Stars = infinity.
We invented war and happiness is an emotion, which cannot be invented. People are poor, because we are jerks. Plus, maybe they want to be poor. And the human body is so imperfect, therefore we get ill and sick. And die. Mosquitoes were made to give you West Nile and flies are there to annoy you.
Love and hate are only emotions. They move, they change, they vary. Who named the objects in our home? Who made the language I am typing in now?
But god isn't alive. All living things must die. He just...exists. Plus. Stuff.

Do extraterrestrials exist? If you mean life forms as we know life - vegetable and animal, then there is no reason why they shouldn't in other galaxies. Until we discover time travel we won't be able to confirm or deny this but hey, why not?
"Why not?" is a very good reason for a lot of things. You can't prove that God exists - but why not - why shouldn't He? Neither can you disprove He exists So what does God mean? God, to me, is an instinctive belief that is common to everyone - even atheists. Especially atheists for they have to focus on the idea of God to disprove it.
How many stars in the sky? The stars that are close enough to Earth for us to see have been documented and therefore numbered, I dare say. But it's not a question I would think about myself. It is enough for me to enjoy looking at them on a starry night. In the country where there isn't any smog.
War. War was invented when animals started living in groups and competed for survival. Then when animals began to think and express opinions (and evolving into mankind) they learned to like being individuals and like fighting for their beliefs. So who invented happiness? Good question because you can't work that one out until you work out what happiness. I'll take a while to think that one out.
Why are there poor people and ill people? Poor people and ill people exist because rich people and healthy people do. Everything's relative.
Mosquitoes and flies are sent to try us. Maybe to give us character? Maybe to teach us that using the same curses all the time is boring conversation, consequently forcing us to use our imagination more?
Why do I love some people dearly and am not really worried about what happens to others? (I've never had cause to dislike anyone, thankfully). No matter how much I thought about that one, I'm sure I couldn't come up with the truth of the matter.
I don't know who discovered and named ultra-violet and infra-red - Isaac Newton? As soon as mankind was equipped with language - a palaeontologist would tell you when that was - he started to use adjectives to describe his surroundings. Who was the first to say "red" or "blue"? It could have been your great-great-great-great to the nth degree grandmother or grandfather or it could have been mine. Or somebody else's.
For the last, for me, God and heaven are two different concepts. Heaven is a way of describing the afterlife. I don't see any problem in believing in God and not believing in the afterlife. I don't believe in the afterlife anymore than I believe in this life. A caterpillar has no more notion of what it is like to be a butterfly than I do a spirit. Okay, I'm eaten by worms. Okay, I turn into earth. But maybe that's just what spirits are - bits of earth. And, frankly, I'd be really hypocritical if I could tell you the thoughts and feelings of a bit of earth. We can rejoice in the Lord, just as well if we look like specks of dust as if we wear nighties and grow wings, you know.
But to get back to your question - if heaven is where the dead reside and God is in Heaven, why then, is not God dead? At least I think that's your question. But isn't God everywhere? So strictly speaking, when we say "God's in His heaven and all's right with the world" wouldn't it be more logical to say tha"Heaven is in [is a part of] God and all's right with the world".
While there's a lot of suffering in the world right now, there's also a whole heap of hope. And while there's hope, we can say with truth, "God's in his heaven, all's right with the world!"
Merry Christmas and all the best for 2008!
P.S. mozzies are pesky but I loathe and detest ants far more (which only goes to prove I do hate some things, after all, I suppose).
