what is the recommended polyacrylamide gel percentage for protein size 15kD and 34kD?
do any one have a website to recommened?
previously i tried using 7.5% gel, is that really recommended or am i to use higher percentage?

You want to run a MORE dense gel, not a less dense one.

I look at p15 (15kDa) on a 4-20% gradient pre-cast gel, purchased from the company listed above.

You want to have 15-34 end up in the CENTER of the gel. on a 7.5%, you're looking at it running right off the bottom.

I would use a higher percentage, perhaps 12-15%. The Bio-Rad website below has a nice graphic depicting the approximate migration of different sized proteins on gels of different acrylamide percentages. Try that link.
