We sure can. I have even mistaken my own grand daughter for some one else, also other people I would say hey, and they would turn around and it would be a total stranger.

I believe so, I have seen it myself. A friend I had not seen for a while was right in front of me, at least I thought so, and said hi. Boy was I wrong, then two weeks later I thought I saw the same person, but it was really my friend, and only vague differences in facial structure and slight bodily differences were how to tell em apart. Well, that and the voice.

well actually you can have a twin that may not even be related to you! How cool is that! Because the VNTRs in you DNA might be exactly alike! It is very rare but if you did find this girl you would be a topic for the world's scientists! GOOD LUCK!

Yes, there are people in this world who look similar, even if they're not related. That's where that saying "everyone has a twin" comes from. They're not literal twins of course.

I don't think so Kelis. Child birth is very painful and I think your mom would remember if she had to give birth to a baby twice in a row. Unless your mom had twins and gave one away or you were adopted there's no way you can have a twin.

If you had a twin, your mom would know.

No, we do not have a "twin" somewhere in the world. There may, however, be people who happen to look like us.

It is not guaranteed but it is possible that there is someone out there who very closely resembles you. That person will not be 100% like you but may look a lot like you. There are over 6.5 billion people on the planet. That is a lot of people and a lot of body types and faces. It is perfectly reasonable to assume that there are many who share a lot of similiarities.

I hope not. Just thinking about someone else as tall, white and goofy as me, boggles the mind. I don't think the world could handle it.
