I WANT to see my grandchildren every moment of every day! I don't get to see them that often, but I wish I could. They are about a 45 minute drive from me, which doesn't seem so bad, but I'm very busy with my work. WHY do I want to see them so much? Because they are the apples of my eye! They are the sweetest, smartest, most charming little guys you'd ever hope to meet, and I love them so dearly - as if they were my own. I'm never ready to leave them. they've brought a joy to my life that no one can ever understand until they have grandkids of their own. I think I am more understanding and forgiving of things their actions than I was with my own children; well, I WOULD be if they ever did anything wrong, but - they are PERFECT!

I see the ones in my area often enough. The ones out state I'd like to see more often. But we talk by phone so stay fairlyup to date. The older ones that can drive or about to begin driving I would like to see more as very soon they will leaving the nest and it will be even longer before they slow down long enough for a visit.

I would like to see them every day, but since all my kids live in different states from us, I get to see them maybe once every 6 wks or so, we don't and can't drive that long a distance anymore, so we have to wait till they come to us.Reason why I would like to is cause one of my grandparents lived with us while growing up,and I got very close to her,and my hubby's father lived with us for 10 yrs and my kids adored him and it helped his grief when his wife died.I would like to be able to teach my grandkids how to knit, crochet, cook, play all the cards that my grandma taught me,and she also gave me my love of reading especially mysteries,as I now love them,so I could teach my grandkids to love books also.I want to be able to kiss and hug them, joke with them, watch their tv shows and take part in their hobbies and interests.

I would love to see them very very often. I just don't have the energy (Fibromyalgia) or the time (husband has cancer) to spend with them that I would like. I have never been a built in babysitter though. My husband and I like to run around together too much for that. I hope soon we can do it again.

My one grandchild is an hour's drive away. We see her once a week, and have a great time. I don't feel the need to see her all of the time, but the current system works really well.

I would love to see them more often but have to be happy with once a month. They live over 4 hour drive and I work 6 days a week so it is tough.

2 of them I haven't seen on 4 years because of distance. 2 of them I see almost every day. They are 2 and 4 and their mother and I schedule our errands to do together so we shop, go to lunch, hang at my house. I watch them Thursday nights while their parents work.

I would love to see my baby grandson every day! He lives close enough, but we all have such busy lives. When I do see him, I feel my day is complete. He is like a dose of pure joy.
