The sun.

Greenhouse gases don't have a 'heat source' because they don't actually create heat, they trap heat from the sun.

Greenhouses work exactly the same way--they're not heated, but they keep in heat from the sun that shines through the windows.

the correct answer is the SUN as previously said by the first answerer. the questioner clearly asked for the heat source not the source of the gases.

Uhh..... the solar..... Is that a trick question? Greenhouse gasses are chloroflourocarbons, all they do is keep warmth from escaping Earths' environment. as a result, this is the comparable question as asserting, 'what's the everyday warmth source of the Earth?'
