After I've bought a Memory Foam Pad and a Memory Foam Pillow I sleep very well, even do not get up at night as I usually used to.
I read until I fall asleep. Sure, I have a lot of things to think about but reading helps me.
There is also a saying 'When your conscience is calm you sleep well'. Please, don't take it personally, it is a joke we used to say in Europe when someone complains about not sleeping at night.

I never sleep well. I started taking sleeping pills a couple nights ago and it helped me fall asleep at work the next morning but nothing when I tried to go to bed.

I have to take two ambien every night to get to sleep. If I don't I'm up all night. And sometimes that's a good thing. Sleep at times isn't very good to me.

I've been sleeping horribly....
I have these same nightmares over and over every single night and I wake up in the middle of the night crying....It makes the night time scary and that's why I hate having to go to sleep, even if I'm tired and sleepy.

Terrible! Most nights I stay awake listening to sad songs until 1 am or longer, and I go to bed at 10! I just think about someone I can never have...... :*( The nights are very difficult for me, but on Monday to Friday I have hope to see his smile again! But at night, he can't be there with me. Same goes for weekends. Same goes for the Christmas holidays...:*( I have to survive over two weeks without him! I can barely make it through the weekend without him, so I'm afraid of what I might do to myself during the Christmas holidays...

For the last month we have been going through the whole "house buying" process, and I haven't been sleeping well at all! I will be so glad when it's all over and I can sleep good again!

I sleep very well, the thing that keeps me up at night is my bathroom usage. I drink lots of water so that may be the problem.

I'm sleeping fitfully-and that's not good. I been having some AWKWARD dreams...I think I've had far too much caffeine.

Here I go to start drinking down this second pot of coffee. I have some serious cleaning to do...

i find it a bit hard to sleep, i just want to sleeeeppp... but then any noise wakes me up, .. and i have to wake up early for work... and then i come back home, i'd like to go to sleep, but it would only mean that i'll sleep till the next day and wake up earlier than usual... so i decide not to sleep except when i cant open my eyes anymore, which is near midnight.. many reasons... many things i think of that keeps me awake at night... family, health, future, university, work, relationship,.. life necessities' and so..
