I don't know about ways to die, but I want to leave this world the way I came in: screaming, disoriented, and clutching for a doctor. That is my only wish.

Worst - burning or drowning.
Burning because of the pain.
Drowning because of the fear, the slow running out of oxygen while you fight the urge NOT to breathe.

Most unique way - see "The Darwin Awards" online. (My personal favorite is this one suicide: a guy hung himself from a bridge, downed some pills, set himself on fire, and jumped. The fire burned the rope and sent him into the freezing waters. The cold water created a reflex action which made him vomit all the pills... and extinguished the fire. He couldn't swim, but two fishermen dragged him on board and brought him to the hospital. He died two days later from hypothermia).

Honorable mention was a guy that was doing construction on this guy's home and sawed his hand off. He was in so much pain that he tried to kill himself by shooting himself in the head with the nailgun. The owner restrained him and brought him (and his severed hand) to the ER where he was treated for the amputation and twelve nails lodged in his skull. The man survived.

Most embarrassing - getting F---ed by an elephant.

the most unique i my mom is a germaphobe and is always skeptical about food so i always say something like if death by chicken is my way to go then so be it, i did almost have death by cantaloupe once. the most unusual would i guess be the unsolved deaths because nobody really knows what happens. the most embarrassing would be while taking a **** or having sex or something like that. the worst in my opinion is a slow death being burned alive, or tortured.

Most painful: I would think burning to death would be the most painful, your skin has an awful lot of nerve endings in it. That is saying you don't die of smoke inhalation.
I think it would suck for your partner to have you die of a heart attack on top of them while doing the "deed"

Most embarrassing: peeing on an electric fence

Unique: while partaking in a space walk, no one has ever died in space, too many have in our outer atmosphere and within a stones throw of the surface of earth, but none in outer space.

Most painful way to die?

Stabbed to death with a hat pin!

Starting at the toes, and slowly working you way up the body.
You stop stabbing when the subject passes out from the pain, and start again when they wake up.

One tiny drop of blood, for each painful stab, being very careful not to hit any vital organs. It could take days or even weeks to die this way.

The worst ... Being tortured slowly. First restrained, then having your finger and toe nails pulled out one by one. Then burned with a branding iron repeatedly until you pass out. Then slapped awake and having your eyelids removed. Then being forced to have your loved ones beaten raped and killed while you are forced to watch. Next you get hung on a meat hook and beaten with razor clad whips and sprayed repeatedly with alcohol. Next you are cut down to fall to the floor, dragged by the hook to your final resting place. A fire pit and a wooden pole that you are nailed to. Finally you are doused with gasoline and set ablaze til you become ash and float away in the wind.

Yep, I think that would pretty much suck!

Most embarrassing ... Dying of an aneurysm brought on by a massive orgasm achieved by playing alone with sex toys.

Humorous ... Catching on fire from lighting ones own flatulence.

Unique ... Passing away from fright on a carnival ride.
