I've downloaded some 'package' files for sims 2 which contain new body shapes for adult sims.?

How do I upload these package files to the game? I've tried body shop but there seems to be no way, yet I know it's possible.

Ummm, if you just double click on the package file it should upload to the game

.package files go in your Downloads folder. Don't use Body Shop to put them in, and don't double click them (that won't work).

My Documents > EA Games > The Sims 2 > Downloads

(If the Downloads folder doesn't exist, create it.)
