I was named after my fathers favorite baseball player on the 1940's Pittsburgh Pirates and this players last name became my middle name-so I have to live with 2 unconventional names.

I was actually given a choice of 3 first names to choose from when I started school in America back in January of 1984. Christian, Michael, or Tom. I chose Tom because it had the least alphabets to memorize.

Lee is my center call and my final call starts off with H so I positioned it at the same time...LeeH. exceptionally no longer very imaginative, huh? i replaced into in all probability under the effect of alcohol on the time in my protection. i might exchange it yet then who might comprehend me? i want an identifier like the super 8 ball! My avatar is purely leftover from something I curiously did an prolonged time in the past. i do no longer like it the two...makes me look 12. I favorite the slingshot.

My given name is unique enough that I hardly ever meet anyone with it, but common enough that it's not just weird.

I still shortened it, though. And I might have it legally changed to the shortened version..

My last name is Norris, though, so you can imagine all the fantastic Chuck Norris jokes I get...

My name is Katrina. I was named after a girl who worked with my Nan, she was Russian lol.
The only thing that bothers me about my name now is for example:
The other morning i had to go to hospital for a CAT scan and the guy behind the desk said
"So how's your name working for ya?"
I said "you mean because of Louisianna?"
He said "yah - kinda sucky name to have huh"
I just rolled my eyes at him and said it's a name, if people wanna get narky about it, let em, i was born with it, i like it, deal with it!
The things i get said to me about my name and the hurricane are annoying, the day after it happened my cousin phoned me and said "fu(k me Kat, i know you you had a temper but you just suck hahahahaha"
I hung up!
Not funny

I have a normal name, as do millions of other folks. Not everyone is unfortunate enough to end up with some hippy name like "Moonshadow" or "Whispering Whispy Whisps"
