Say, both guys have all the qualities you're looking for in a guy, which one would you pick? The lawyer or the surgeon?

I prefer a wife. That is why she has stayed around for 37 years.
If you are practical you would want a doctor to keep you healthy. If you are greedy then get a lawyer and you can sue the world for free.

If I were a woman, I would want a lawyer because he might earn more money, and a lawyer just seems like a thing that would be more appealing than a surgeon

The surgeon of course the lawyer would have too much of an advantage in the divorce.

if he had all the other qualities I wanted, I would choose the Surgeon, in my opinion a more admirable profession
