People have a tendency to over-spend, over-eat and over-extend themselves, this time of year. Everyone is in too much of hurry to appreciate all that this season brings.
I figure out how much I have to spend and then that is all I spend. I have never tried to keep up with the Jones' and my kids always had plenty. That way, I never had the headache that others have and my children and now grandchildren have never said,"this is the worst Christmas ever." They always have a good Christmas and appreciate what they get.
I have found that those that are on the quest for the biggest, newest, best....... are often the ones who are the most unhappy.
Merry Christmas.

Because of all of the stress surrounding the Christmas season now. People that are lonely get depressed because it is a time when families and friends are together and those who do not have anyone really focus on it, try to include someone in christmas this year that otherwise has noone.

Somepeople are unhappy because maybe something bad has happened to them around this time of the year, or maybe even recently. They could be unhappy becasue they cant find things that they are looking for, or they could just be unhappy people. There are a lot of reasons on this.

It's a time for family and some of us have folks missing from our lives. We miss them and they come to mind more frequently when we consider what we want to do for others. Then we start thinking about past Christmas seasons and other holidays and other funny things and other touching things and other sad things. It's just so depressing!

Other people drain the energy right out of you...
You're on a schedule that you did'nt even request to be put on.
Running around. Simling, no rest, eating here, eating there, running into people you would rather have nothing to do with.
All this and still you want to maintain a normal home and sanity.

Loss of a love one at that time. My husband lost his grandmother on christmas day and grandfather 6 weeks before in the same year.
Some families have falling apart and seeing other families together makes them sad.

Gosh, there are so many reasons...
1.) Debt
