The Russians cleaned out their Czar a long time ago... it was pretty messy.
I clean out my car when I feel the need to, which I don't often since I don't let it get messy.

As an admirer of the Ancient Egyptians I take special care of my KA.
My whacked out friend Randy has a welfare czar he goes to pick up his benefit checks in and a drug czar he uses to do his deals.

Never. Czars are entirely self-cleaning. You'd know that too if you took time to read the owners manual.

only when the working class feels oppressed by the ruling elite.this oppression come in many forms, but the underlying theme is typical of any czar cleaning. the rich are getting richer and more out of touch with reality, and everybody else is getting poorer and too much in touch with reality.
- as with any clean up, the mess made exceeds the end result. it is only after all is said and done one can say the clean up is finished.
