oh, instead of hanging the cards with tape, what you could do is:
1) Hang a long piece of string in a slight upsidedown arc shape, using tacks, or nails
2) Put the fold of a card onto the string.
3) Fill the whole string with cards!

It's so nice, and very christmassy. I would give a link to a photo, but...my granny does it in Ireland, and we live pretty far away (military) so we dont usually get as many cards as other people do.

It's better to hang a string or ribbon on the wall ( you can use Command adhesive hooks) and hang the cards on your ribbon or string. That way, you only have a couple pieces of adhesive on the wall itself.

I have a bulletin board that normally holds info for my kids' activities ... during the holiday season, I take down their odds and ends, and display my cards on the board.

hi Kara. The 3M "Command" detachable fasteners paintings nicely, and are available dozens of selections. yet - in case you in basic terms painted the partitions, possibly with a latex wall paint, supply the paint some week to truly treatment; it fairly is dry to touch yet nonetheless mushy and extremely easily broken. if so, i might use small-hollow fasteners, like push-pins, interior the ceiling authentic next to the partitions. while bumped off, you will no longer even word the holes.
