Nope. "You" would be a different person. The process of meiosis, gamete formation, results in a significant shuffling of genes. The number of genes in a human genome is so large that the number of possible combinations of genetic material is effectively infinite. So if your mother's egg had been fertilized by a different sperm, or if it had been the next month so that it was a different egg had been fertilized, "you" would only be as much like your real self as any of your siblings are to the actual you.

its based purely upon the exact sperm which fertilizes the specific egg, which gives rise to the progeny with a defined set of characteristics... U may be a different person all together too...
