Are you joking or what!!. You purchase the software and Trend Micro will send you the registration key for installation via email.

I use Trend Micro antispyware and should you remove for any reason, I never have to reinstall the key as they have technology that knowa your system an IP address.

wow..such a good question. then u should buy for a register code for the anti spyware from the Trend Micro. if u want to use keygen or crack. then u search at google. "register keygen trend micro anti spyware" . u should found.
