does it take to get your question yanked by Y/A?

Asked a question the other day, wondering what they base their decisions on when they pull your question, and one person told me she had posted a question trying to get to 100 stars, and they pulled her Q and said it was chat.....my thing is, who cares, isn't that what this is anyway? I mean it is free, and it is asking a question....so, so what right?

Well it's just part of the survey I guess.

they almost always yank a question if the person is asking for stars.

Huh? I thought it took 2 reports to get it yanked.
I didn't think stars had a thing to do with it.
