The jury is still out. Everyone who knows anything at all about soccer understands he was injured this past season, and won't hold that against him. Next year will either make him or break him over here.

Let me put it this way, he is doing way better than any other player in the MLS, in fact maybe the world. I don't know why he did not win the prize that Kaka received. He is doing so great that when he actually plays with his new team "Galaxy" he only needs less than 20 minutes to solve the teams problems. Man this guy sucks! He can't even play 1 full game before he is put away for the rest of the tournament because he got injured. Well he is doing well after all, as Mr. Hollywood!

He has done about as much as he could considering that he was damaged goods when he arrived from Real Madrid. The LA Galaxy reek as a team because of horrible defending. They would get relegated if they were playing in League One.

Well, the MLS season is over, so I guess now he's taking a break and having some time with his family, especially since it's close to the holidays.

As an impact player, not so well.
But as a social/fan magnet - he and Posh are the toast of the town.
