Set up a Google Adwords account.

Place Google Adwords Ads and develop a large list of keywords related to your Adsense Page.

Then, select only content, not search as the option for showing your results in Google. Place a maximum bid of 5 cents per keyword. That way you can get coverage over the entire Google content network, but only pay 5 cents per click.

If the content is good on your Adsense Page and the layout is good for your Ad, you may be able to get 25-50% Click Through rate on your ads.

You should test and improve your efforts to make at least 2-3 times the amount in Adsense that your are spending in Adwords ads.

There's not much point promoting it, since there's no content on the site. If you designed it for Adsense, then it's what's called MFA (made for Adsense) and isn't allowed according to their policies anyway. Your account will almost certainly be closed before you reach the $100 payout since they're getting stricter about this kind of site.

The only way to make money with Adsense long-term is to have an interesting site, on a topic you can write about enthusiastically, which you keep regularly maintained and updated. Then people will visit it because they want to read what's there. There's no reason at all to visit your site as it's exactly the same as thousands of others.

Your site has NOTHING but a bunch of links thrown together in an attempt to make a site and earn from Adsense. With that type of content, it will be extremely hard to get traffic -- and earn from the site.
