I have heard of Toontown, but only as a cartoon, not as a game, or an on-line game. What you might try is: Go to Google and type in: e-points-buy, and see if this leads you to anywhere you can buy these things. This may be like some of the on-line games where you need to buy a card for your minutes (like a pre-paid cell phone), or you need to pay for a monthly subscription to it. That's the best I can suggest for this one.

I don't know I just don't trust Disney for some reason. I tried this game and I don't know just not my cup of tea.
