They inject stuff into their penises directly. Its not good, in fact if u have sex for a full hour u'll feel bored and get turned off. I prefer ejaculating in the 15-20minutes boundary.
U see most of the pornstars dont even shoot out sperm, they only drool out because they have sex for so long they lose the energy/excitment.

It takes practice.
I've been doing it since middleschool.
You masturbate, watch as much porn as you can to keep turned on, but you don't ejaculate.
You look at a clock, and try to keep an erection for 15 minutes without ejaculating.
Then try doing it for 20 minuts, then 40, then an hour.
The penis is like any other muscle. If you work out with it, it will get stronger.

it's not tough to do. the first time I had sex, I lasted maybe a whole five seconds. Second time, I maybe went a minute. Then five, then ten, and then finally I could last as long as I wanted. It's all practice. And where you mind is at. If you feel yourself on the verge, so to speak, just stop or slow down. You have to know your body and when that time comes.

I read in an article that in many cases they shoot (bad pun) the ejaculation scenes first and then do the scenes leading up to the climax.
It would make sense.

I heard a rumour that in between takes, they have women who suck them off to keep them hard but make sure they dont go. After a while they get desensitised to it. If you are officially a porn star im sure you would get used to holding it as well.
