yes, funnily enough. I always find it difficult to cook them on all sides because they roll around in the frying pan and I always worry that they're not cooked through enough. We had sausages last night actually :-D

Yes why is it that they say you can by skinless sausage if they are skinless what is the point of saying they have no skin anyway waste of fuckin time.

they do have a weird skin a bit like a sheath but then again they get full of fat as well
