Disc brake system is developed in now a days only. Now apache rtr fi is going to release disc brake in both front and rear.

On a motorcycle, the front brake does 75% of the work, and with a light weight bike like a 150, you don't really need anything more.

on all bikes the bigger discs are always on the front due to basic physics. when you apply the front brake the bike dips so all the energy is being pushed into the floor. if you use the back brake only then you are only relying on the quality of the Tyre and if you apply to hard then away you go

Cost...drum brakes are less expensive to manufacture but disc brakes behave better than drums when under heavy loads.
