For me I think it depends on what I need the strength for regarding the situation. I got married 2 months ago in Morocco and had to leave my husband there while we wait for approval of his VISA. I miss him so much and know it could take over a year before he's with me so I'm drawing on my faith in God and my love for my husband. A few years ago I had an extreme bout of depression and seriously thought about suicide, but I couldn't do that to my mother because my brother had died the year before and she was still grieving and I couldn't do that to my son who is my world, so I drew my strength from the love I have for both of them. So i really do think it depends on the situation as to where you garner your strength.

hope in knowing that no matter how much i've fucked up someone wants me to stay here and keep me going. I have some sort of weird purpose here even though sometimes i dont see it at all.
its all weird... people have different reasons. It's all what you can't wait for the next day i think thats what give you strength, the fact that something you want the next day... will be there, like a loved one, children, a gift, friends, anything....its keeps us going.

My utter contempt for the world........Just kidding God & Jesus. Seeing the sun rise or the moon go down, hearing my baby nephew laugh or see my 2mo niece look at something in amazement.
