I would tell him that the work he does is amazing and he is truly an angel but there are people who need the money more than I do so he should give it to someone else.

Oh, what a sweet, lovely story this is, "Reindeer". It made my morning! I don't know what I'd say to "Secret Santa", I'd probably be too shocked to say anything--except "OMG! Thank you soooo much".
