Sometimes I feel good looking, and that is confidence based on experiencing how women generally react around me.

I would have to say that I'm confident but I have dated people that are totally conceited, like they yell their own name when the *** kinda conceit.

no always. It depends a lot on how the person carries themselves. There is a difference in the way a confident and a conceited person carry themselves.

Well I would say a Person that could say that would have to be very confident in their self for sure.
Most would say it's conceited probably. I know a lot of nice looking people that think they look hideous.

no not really, your just confident,
but too much compliments to yourself maybe a sign of loving youself to much!!**
its okay to say you like the way you look somwtime or that you think your sexy or hot or cute, or whatever go for it. its pure confidence, but to much and it can become conceit.

I definitely think it is confidence unless you are taking it to the extreme. That is when I would get concerned, but calling yourself that shows you respect and think good about yourself. Why not? :)
