I lost 180.00 ATM did not payout does this happen often?

only reciept printed out, no cash. The screen said i am being serviced. i do not bank with the ATM i used.i need my money back in less then 120 days. who can i write?

I was in Austria when the same thing happened to me. Call the bank which issues your ATM card and dispute the transaction. They will investigate and give you credit if legitimate.

You see, the bank who did not dispense the money will be out of balance at the end of the day. They have it all on file.

If you can, go to the bank that owns the ATM machine that shorted you and ask for their help.
