Leave the immediate location. Depending on the situation say nothing or, if this nakedness was deliberate, suggest that you appear in proper attire.
If you are getting naked as a deliberate act - a comeone, it is not appropriate, it is not polite, it is rude, crass and likely quite embarassing to the person who views you.

I'm not too thrilled to see any women naked, but I wouldn't make a big fuss over it...I've seen lots of women naked in the strip clubs...no big deal.
