If men lactated you can be sure they would have found a scientific way to stop it.
Imagine the President all dressed up in a shirt and tie, on a warm day without a jacket, giving a very important speech and he started to lactate.
Nobody would hear a word he said as they watched the stains on his shirt get bigger and bigger.
