Well, I still haven't been able to recover from that breakdown... I suppose I need to take the support friends and family are offering me, or else I am afraid I will never recover.

My family helps but it is usually the wonderful friends that I have that make me stronger and puts me back together again!!

ME - the only person I know I can count on. I have found it is not wise to EVER count on anyone else to "be there" when I might need them.

truly I have never brokedown, I have had bad days, etc... when I need encouragement I get that from my husband, my mother, my friends and some deep soul searching
