i am absolutely freezing and i don`t want to leave my seat to switch the heating on. Any advice would be appreciated. This is a serious question you guys and gals are here to help. Should i jump up and turn it on or not?

Jump up and down where you are, no need for heating, think of global warming, set an example, ( My heating is on, and I am nice and warm)

start shaking, shivering from the cold, maybe the movement will warm you.
just keep shaking till you do not feel the cold anymore.
that should help a bit.
