Yes. And it's really a weird thing, 'cause when I first heard it, I didn't know where the heck it was coming from. I checked and didn't have anything open that would have generated a new program, and then discovered the Gap ad.
I think it really is inappropriate for it to restart every time you change pages. Very annoying!!!

No. I don't rent any jet or dump fuel anywhere. But I bet there are some who try to tell us how to live who do that very thing.

YES..was thinking the same thing...the guy sounds like he's overdosing on steroids! I had to turn my speakers off! Besides, I always dump my fuel over Newark, New Jersey where no one notices any difference. LOL
