I'm now in my late 20's and my boobs are the same size as they were when I was 10 (really really small) should I get a boob job? does it hurt? Is it worth it? how big can I make them?

Ignore those who are judging you about this. If a breast augmentation would help boost your confidence and help you too accept your body image, then maybe you should think about getting it done.

A breast augmentation, depending on what you want done, can run anywhere from $3,000 to a costly $10,000.

During the procedure, you will be asleep so you wont feel a thing during. And of course, as with any other surgery, there are risks and complications, and after the procedure you will experience some discomfort (from your skin stretching and bruising), pain and swelling for a few weeks. Pain medication will be given to you for the first few weeks after the surgery is performed.

As I said before, if this surgery will help boost your confidence and allow you to accept your body image more than you do now, then the augmentation will be worth it.

The size is up to you - although, if you go too big it will be too obvious they are fake. Go for the natural approach. Most doctors will let you look at different types of implants; the most common being saline or silicone gel implants. He/she will show you different sizes as well - and then the doctor will help you to make the right decision on which type and how big, and then which kind of incision for the insertion of the implant would be right for you.

Here is a REALLY good website for you to get more information: http://www.theperfectbreast.com/

[ I hope this helped ]

EDIT - and for those who are saying "don't worry - wait until you're pregnant, you'll have big boobs then".....sorry to break it, but that is only temporary perk. during pregnancy milk is produced, and when that milk stops producing and is gone completely, the breasts will go back to their normal size....sadly, not so much the shape.

IMO that money can be better spent on a CAR, or a computer, or a downpayment on a home rather than breasts that guys don't like to touch.

If YOU want them, get them.

IMO do NOT go bigger than what is proportional to you. If you look good as a B, then be a B, if you look good as a C cup, then a C is great. Don't go bigger than a C though, people over that size can experience back pain.

So, what size are you NOW and how tall are you and how much do you weigh?

Trust me, coming from someone who used to be a 38J, big breasts are not all that.

Heyy. What's up? My name's Gwenivere, let me tell you a brief story about myself which I believe may be of some Hẹlp to you... Growing up, I was teased all throughout high-school. You know, I was that girl with the really small breasts that everyone liked to make fun of. I did not hit puberty until a little bit later on in my life. People used to say all kinds of mean things to me, refering to my breasts as "man-boobs", "mosquito bite titts", "flat-chested" ... it just went on and on. I even had one boyfriend that told me that he was ashamed to be seen with me in public. The ridicule never seemd to end. Because of this, I went through school being very self-conscious about my appearance and my ability to get boys to like me. Even after puberty, I never made it past an A cup.. so my negative self-image carried on into college. The emotional scars left by those mean girls (and boys) from HS never quite faded.

So, with that, I was determined to change my predicament. The thought of going through life feeling insecure about my body was unacceptable to me , especially during my college years. So what I did was a thorough, dedicated search. I scoured the web for answers. I spent several days and nights pouring through an endless amount of first-hand accounts and other personal experiences with various products and solutions. During this quest, I found precisely what I was seeking. It was a topical cream called "CurvyBust" @ https://curvybust.im .. The first bottle that they sent out was totally Frẹe, the only thing I had to do was pay for the S&H. This is the only reason I even tried it, normally I would be too skeptical to bother with something "too good to be true." All I can say is, unbelievable. I went up almost 2 cup sizes in just a matter of a couple months. You would not believe what this has done for my self-esteem and outlook on things. I almost feel like I have a new lease on life. There is nothing quite like feeling perfectly comfortable in your own skin again.

Take care! I hope you find the answers you are looking for <3

you will have different viewers with different opinions. If you are genuine up for a boob job it will hurt and there are alot of risks you are putting yourself into but alot of people take no notice to the risks as they are just depsperate to have big boobs.

If it generally gets you down and you cant find a bloke that loves you for who you are and feel that you have to have big boobs to impress then its upo to you- no one can tell you to have them done or not but if your in a loving relationship, i wouldnt bother. You have aman there who loves you big or small.

i personally dont care how small my boobs are, i would risk my life under the knife to have big boobs, id just buy a extra padded bra or something. Remember you always hear of the sucessfull storied to getting a boob job because the unsucsessful dont get a chance to tell thie experiences as they are in alot of pain and boob jobs can explode

I sometimes wish I was more full but one thing that stands out more than the size of your breasts is your personality. Wait for the person who is in love with you from head to toe and for your natural beauty!
