I have a few....Hhm, let me think. The most annoying flaw I have that drives my family almost insane with anger is putting my head in the sand with financial matters. Leaving things till the last minute to be paid and not providing for them.
Also, taking on too many things at the same time. I have more flaws but my pride won't allow me to go into more detail. lol.

Giving up too quickly on certain things that make me sad. Especially if I've taken a lot of steps toward fixing those things, and then I get really bad news about those things that makes it sound like I'd have to win the lottery or something impossible to fix them after all the work I already did. Makes me want to say F it and then let nature work its course....
