I am using these breads
Wonder Bread White and Whole Wheat
Dimpflmeier Schinkenbrot
Sour Dough

The newest used preserv. is VINEGAR....Gives breads that use it a diSTINKtive odor...the purpose is to allow the bread companies to leave the loaves on the shelf longer without producing mold...But it's still stale...bleeeeck
